New broadband RF capacitors series XBL, UBL and UBZ feature ultra-low insertion loss and excellent return loss over a wide bandwidth up to 40GHz in EIA 0201 and 0402 Case sizes , capacitance: 100nF .Buy now from Allied International, franchised Exxelia distributor.
The XBL and UBL are both 100nF at 16V X7R capacitors in a 0402 package. The difference is the insertion loss. The UBL (Ultra Broadband) is rated typically at less than 0.5 dB at 10Ghz, less than 1.5 dB at 20Ghz and less than 1.5 dB at 40Ghz. The XBL (eXtra Broadband) is has an even lower typical insertion loss of less than 0.3 dB at 10Ghz, less than 0.5 dB at 20Ghz and less than 1.2 dB at 40Ghz. The UBZ is in the smaller package size 0201, still rated 100nF but at 10 volts. Typical insertion loss of the UBZ is less than 0.5dB at 10 Ghz and less than 1 dB at 28Ghz. Temperature coefficient is X5R up to 85 C and X6T up to 105 C.
These RF capacitors are excellent for DC blocking, coupling, and bypassing in broadband microwave and millimeter wave amplifiers and oscillators.
